September 1st:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters are now offering a packed lunch option for your day out! Includes sandwich/wrap/bap/roll or bagel of choice, drink, crisps and piece of fruit for only €6.95. Order when confirming booking with the skipper. Choice of ingredients below;

August 23rd:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters Are now stocking Shamrock tackle on board. Shamrock specialize in testing eastern “Sabiki” rigs and tackle and finding the ones which work best on our shores, ensuring you can enjoy the best possible catch!

August 10th:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters A well over specimen size pollack, caught on one of today’s charters. This fish would have ranked 11th in Ireland for Irish 2009 specimen sizes records published by the CFB for last years catch.

July 20th:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters A rare and beautiful baby sunfish spotted on one of todays charters. Adult sunfish reach average weights of around 2200lbs (1000kg) making them the heaviest bony fish in the world

June 23rd:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters SMOKE ‘EM!; Smoke your own catch in our smoker in Harrys pub straight after your fishing trip. You can’t beat it this fresh. All free of charge for our customers!

June 14th:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters had a great morning accompaniment of a pod of playful 4m long bottlenose dolphins and is heading back out the bay again fishing in what seems to be the calmest and cleanest water around!

April 30th: Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters is doing one hour trips to catch tomorrows kitesurfing festival action from the water. Departing hourly, only €10!

April 26th: Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters will be doing beach landings for Sligos two Leonard Cohen gigs, July 31st and August 1st for those not wishing to avail of the standard park and ride!

Feb 13th: Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters More good news today as the Irish specimen fish records were published for 2009 by CFB. Fish caught on board Sea Star last season qualified as third and sixth in Irish record specimen fish catches with another making the top 20 for record size in their species!!

Feb 13th:Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters is appearing in conjunction with the NWCSA is in the next episodes of the Marine Times and Irish Anglers Digest thanks to their appearance at the National Irish Angling Exhibition today in Swords. Watch out! The show continues tomorrow at the National Show centre in Swords, Dublin, from 10am until 6pm.

Sep 21st: Ewings Sea Angling and Boat Charters RNLI fishing competition was great success yesterday with many prizes won onboard including best specimen fish, second in juniors section, first in ladies, fourth second and first in overall winners, giving skipper Daryl the best skipper prize and the point reclaims both the Harry and Radisson cup!!
