Great fishing last season, cant wait for next season
Had a epic day at blue sharks with skipper and a few friends late aug would recommend this boat and skipper to anyone very helpful and great boat looking forward to going out this season
We had some fantastic trips to Inishmurray on Sea Star over the last couple of summers. Brilliant way to see the coastline and spend a day with friends. Fed the neighbourhood with mackerel when we got home. Couldn’t ask for better.
I have heard some great things about your chartered fishing trips from friends. I hope to get a gang of mates down on a weekend trip in May.
That’s me holding the nearly 6lb Cod I caught on my last trip out with Daryl. From my experience, a day on the bay with Daryl is as good as a guarantee to catch fish, and not just mackerel. From a day of ‘animal’ fishing where we caught two impressive Blue Sharks, to fishing for flat fish and Ray, to getting in under the rocky heads, Daryl knows the water, the fishing marks and the times that suit both. Roll on Spring, I’ll be back for more soon!
Had an excellent days fishing,sightseeing with this skipper and he also managed to drop us almost it seemed to the door of a deadly pub for lunch an a sneaky pint,on the way back between regaling us with tales of the monsters that got away we caught loads and i`m not much of a fisherman.Thank you Daryl for a great slice of Sligo and of course some fish

Great day out darly know his stuff i didt have a clue bout fishing till i got on the boat had a really good day out and we will be ef back next summer for another one or two trips
was the best day i had that summer i went out on it……..will definitly be doing it again

Oh man, Best Dayout Ever !!! Great craic island hopping, fishing, BBQ`n catch. You could not get a more humbling, experiencing the beauty of natural wilderness. Daryl, you are the true captain,,,,,
Thank you Daryl for one of the most amazing days I’ve ever spent off the coast of Sligo. The mix of fun, scenery, fishing, Historic sites on beautiful Innismurray, the wildlife, the BBQ, the swimming and the peace makes it one day I’ll treasure forever.. A HIGHLY recommended day out..and Daryl’s relaxed and friendly nature just added to the day.

Thanks Daryl for a great day. Caught loads of mackerel and pollock. The afternoon was very relaxed and enjoyable. If I were fishing here again, I would probably go for a longer trip (than the 4 hours) but mix it up a bit. I found that 4 hours meant that I was always looking at my watch to see how much longer we had. It would have been nice to explore some of the other sights and sites too.

Many thanks Daryl for a great evening’s fishing. My son was grinning from ear to ear at the amount of fish that he caught and cooked up himself.
I only wish that we had a few more days in Sligo so that we could have gone out again but hopefully we will be back next summer .

Just back from our third trip with Daryl. Gets better every time. We had 10 different species for the day. You wouldn’t see that many species in an aquarium. Roll on October next when we hit Rosses again.

Had three guests from an orphanage in Kenya visiting me in Sligo this year. Daryl took us out to Sligo Bay on their first ever boat trip. Daryl was a gentleman through and through on every level. Sincere thanks from all of us. Next time, I plan to visit Inishmurray.

Spent a couple of days last season fishing with Ewings boat charters and couldn’t have had a better time or such good fishing anywhere else. Didn’t know Sligo had such good fishing but the days catch proved otherwise, from big ling, ray and hard fighting tope to the monster 90lb blue shark (if you don’t believe me check out the photos!) Many thanks for some highly enjoyable days to skipper Daryl whos local knowledge and experience led us to the fish every time, see you soon in the new season for more of the same!
